Cinnamon Bread and Butter Pudding. Cut 10 pcs of bread diagonally. Place the bread in a baking bowl (one piece overlapping the other). Beat 6 eggs in a bowl. Add 200 ml double cream, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 50g melted salted butter and 2tbsp of cream liqueur to the eggs. Mix well to form a thick sauce. Add 200g of sugar to the mixture and mix well. Pour the mixture over the bread. Fill an oven tray with water. Place the bread bowl in the centre of the oven tray. Place the tray in a pre-heated oven (gas mark 5) for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and garnish with streaks of chocolate sauce. Serve hot or cold. Must be cooked prior to consumption.
